Norpro Citrus Juicer Reviews
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful The best LEMON juicer I have found, May 3, 2011 By This review is from: Norpro Citrus Juicer First of all, this is a LEMON juicier, sized for lemons, not for tangerines, oranges or anything bigger. The photo that shows it with half an orange does not help the product and only creates confusion, I believe, as it will be hard to squeeze half an orange inside it.
It performs extremely well. Extracts up to the last drop, and separates the juice from the seeds and the pulp. Cleaning it is also a breeze. But what I like best is that it won't break in the middle of a job as other plastic models (unless one drops it or crushes it, of course). It will not peel as other coated models, and it will not rust, as other metal models. Also, the price at which is sold today (early May 2011) is almost half the price at which I bought it about three months ago, so it is a great deal. I highly recommend it.
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful One of my favorite kitchen tools, January 20, 2011 By CraftySue "CraftySue" (San Diego, CA USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Norpro Citrus Juicer This is one of my favorite kitchen tools. I have one of the old Graham Kerr endorsed ones. It is a perfect size for a regular lemon. Now if you have humongous lemons then this won't work for you as the other reviewer suggested but I don't have a lemon tree that spits out crazy monster lemons I buy them at the grocery store and this thing works like a charm. Gets every last bit of juice out of the lemon while simultaneously straining the juice so you don't have to dodge seeds or scoop them out of the juice getting your hands dirty. Quick and easy. Love it. Really.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful Awsome Juicer, January 4, 2011 By Marc E. Verkade (Marstons Mills, MA United States) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Norpro Citrus Juicer though sold through NORPRO this juicer was once endorsed by Graham Kerr. This juicers top half has ribs to grab the half you want to twist, the center juices and strains, and bottom has nice spout for pouring and collecting juice. I have no need for a bottle of lemon or lime juice in my house. All my baking, cooking, and marinades are perfect with this little guy. It's worth it's weight in gold to a TRUE COOK!
